When you find your day filled to the brim, try time blocking. Make your todo list with everything that you hope to get done and then designate specific time for each of the tasks. Once the time is up, move on to the next thing and just keep your day. Maybe you don’t get through every single item and that’s ok! Just move it to tomorrow.
